基于市场调查下陶瓷智能水杯外观的研究与设计

摘要 目的解决陶瓷材质在智能水杯市场中占比较低的问题。方法选择市场上具有代表性的产品进行调查,对调查数据进行可靠性验证与逻辑回归分析。对比不锈钢材质,分析陶瓷材料作为智能水杯外观的优缺点。结果发现占比不足的主要原因,集中于陶瓷智能水杯的外观触感、装饰和重量等方面的不足。结论结合人体工程学与分析主要消费群体的需求,提出了6套针对性的创新设计方案。实现了陶瓷材质智能水杯外观的创新设计,消除了在装饰、触感、重量等方面的设计问题,能够满足青年、中老年消费群体的使用需求。可实现陶瓷材质智能水杯在市场中的占比大幅提升,解决市场上陶瓷智能水杯应用较少的痛点。同时,也可为其他智能水杯材质的设计与创新提供了实用的参考方向,对水杯行业的“创新设计”有着积极的推进作用。 The work aims to solve the problems of the low share of ceramic material in the smart water cup market.Representative products in the market were selected and surveyed and the survey data were verified for reliability and subject to logistic regression analysis.Compared with stainless steel,the advantages and disadvantages of ceramic material as the smart water cup appearance were analyzed.The main reasons for the low share were found,which lied in deficiencies of ceramic smart cups in appearance,touch,decoration and weight.Combined with ergonomics and analysis of the needs of major consumer groups,six sets of targeted innovative design programs are proposed to solve the problems.The innovative design of ceramic smart water cup appearance is realized,and the design problems in decoration,touch and weight are eliminated,which can meet the use needs of young,middle-aged and elderly consumers.It can greatly increase the share of ceramic smart water cups in the market and solve the pain point of less application of ceramic smart water cups in the market.At the same time,it can also provide a practical reference direction for the design and innovation of other smart water cups,and has a positive role in promoting the"innovative design"of the water cup industry.
