摘要
针对四川甲基卡地区某锂辉石矿生产过程中存在回收率低的问题,首先对现场流程查定结果进行分析,并在实验室进行了试验研究,确定造成以上问题的主要原因是入选粒度偏粗、浮选机选型及配置不合理等因素造成的。针对该问题并依据该锂业选矿厂本身的实际情况,制定了增加五叠层高频振动细筛及筛上再磨系统、BF浮选机改造应用的技改方案。在尽可能不停产的情况下对该锂辉石矿进行了技术升级改造。为后续类似的矿山工艺改造提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of low recovery rate in the production process of a spodumene ore in the methyl card area of Sichuan,the results of on-site process inspection were analyzed,and the experimental research was carried out in the laboratory.It was determined that the main causes of the above problems were the coarse particle size,unreasonable selection and configuration of flotation machine and other factors.In view of this problem and according to the actual situation of the lithium concentrator itself,a technical transformation plan for adding five-stack high-frequency vibrating fine screen and screen regrinding system and BF flotation machine transformation and application was formulated.The technical upgrading of the spodumene mine was carried out without stopping production as much as possible.It provides reference for subsequent similar mine process transformation.
