摘要
现有高速钢轨生产工艺存在加热脱碳层深、头尾规格波动大、通长平顺度差、矫直盲区长、定尺长度受限等工艺性质量问题,无法从根本上解决,增加了高速钢轨生产的能耗、质量和效率损失,出厂后还需发往焊轨厂焊成更长的钢轨发往用户。本文提出了一种高速钢轨全程无头生产工艺并进行了可行性分析,认为现有工艺和设备制造技术完全可以保障该工艺的实现。该工艺实现后可解决现有高速钢轨生产工艺存在的大部分问题,大幅度降低高速钢轨生产成本,提高高速列车运行的平稳性、舒适性和安全性。该工艺的实现将是高速钢轨生产工艺的革命,且具有广阔的发展前景。
the existing high-speed rail production process has some process quality problems,such as deep decarburization layer,large fluctuation of head and tail specifications,poor smoothness of length,long straightening blind zone,limited length of fixed length,etc.,can not be fundamentally resolved,increasing the high-speed rail production of energy consumption,quality and efficiency losses,also need to be sent to the factory after welding rail factory welded into a longer rail to the user.In this paper,a kind of high-speed rail all-way headless production process is put forward and its feasibility is analyzed.This process can solve most of the problems existing in the existing high-speed rail production process,greatly reduce the cost of high-speed rail production,and improve the stability,comfort and safety of high-speed train operation.The realization of this technology will be a revolution of high-speed rail production technology,and has a broad development prospect.
