智能化生产线在隔离接地开关制造场景中的应用

摘要 【目的】在高压开关生产过程中,物流转运和装配工艺比较传统,导致工作效率低,且产品质量也不稳定,迫切需要找到解决该问题的技术方案。【方法】以隔离接地开关为研究对象,根据其结构特点和生产需求来优化生产布局,运用连续流的理念设计出包含智能化物料配送和智能化装配在内的智能化生产线。【结果】智能化生产设备的应用和生产节拍的优化缩短了等待时间,提高了生产效率,并降低了工人的劳动强度。【结论】本研究的研究结果为电力行业探索出一条数字化、智能化装配技术路线。 [Purposes] In the production process of high-voltage switch,the logistics transfer and assembly process are more traditional,resulting in low work efficiency and unstable product quality.It is urgent to find a technical solution to solve this problem.[Methods] Taking the isolated grounding switch as the research object,the production layout was optimized according to its structural characteristics and production requirements,than,the intelligent production line including intelligent material distribution and intelligent assembly was designed by using the concept of continuous flow.[Findings] The application of intelligent production equipment and the optimization of production rhythm shortened the waiting time,improved the production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers.[Conclusions] The research results of this study explore a digital and intelligent assembly technology route for the power industry.
