国家助学金获得者“双贫困”现状及其对策分析——以运城某医学类高职院校为例

摘要 “双贫困”群体是指由于家庭经济困难引发一系列心理问题,导致经济和心理双重贫困的一类大学生。对山西运城某医学类高职院校国家助学金获得者“双贫困”现状的调研发现,经济压力和心理压力占据极大的比例,他们整体的消费水平偏低,大多数人只能维持基本的生活开销,经济负担沉重。也有一些学生,面对家庭困难对自己造成的各种问题形成了消极的价值观,造成贫困大学生的心理贫困。对策与建议:建立完备的贫困生档案;做好贫困生学业生涯规划;营造良好的校园文化氛围;增设助学岗位对接助学单位。 The“dual-poverty”group refers to a group of university students who are both economically and psychologically impoverished as a result of a series of psychological problems caused by their families’financial difficulties.Through the research on the current situation of“dual-poverty”of the recipients of national grants in a medical vocational college in Yuncheng,Shanxi Province,it finds that a great proportion of those students have economic pressure and psychological pressure,their overall consumption level is low,and most of them can only maintain the basic living expenses,and have heavy economic burden.There are also students who have developed negative values in the face of the problems caused by family difficulties,resulting in psychological poverty.The countermeasures and suggestions are:establishing a complete record of poor students;making a good academic planning for them;creating a good cultural atmosphere on campus;and increasing the number of financial aid positions matched with financial aid units.
