摘要
教育与职业的关系是教育发展的基本问题。对其正确认知,需要基于对职业的全面理解与对职业与教育间相互影响的充分认识,明晰职业所具有的连续性和联结性,以及教育与职业之间存在的互动性和依存性。约翰·杜威提出和发展了一种广义的职业观和职业教育观,这一思想成果在亟待思考由学历社会转向能力社会的发展方向的今天,仍具有重要的启示意义:要确立广义的职业观和职业教育观,促进普通教育与职业教育理念的相互渗透,合理把握当前教育与职业的关系。
The relationship between education and vocation is a fundamental issue in the development of education.A proper perception of this relationship requires a comprehensive grasp of vocation and a thorough awareness of the mutual impact between vocation and education.It is crucial to elucidate the continuity and connectivity in vocation,as well as the interactivity and interdependence between education and vocation.John Dewey significantly advanced a broad perspective on vocation and vocational education.His ideas remain highly impressive,particularly in today's context,marked by a shift from a degreebased society to a competencybased society.It is necessary to establish a broad perspective of vocation and vocational education,to promote the mutual permeation of general and vocational education ideas,and to reasonably grasp the current relationship between education and vocation.
