摘要
目的探讨基于二元应对理论对先兆早产孕妇及配偶实施同步赋能教育的临床效果。方法将2021年5至2022年10月在北京市某医院收治的136例先兆早产孕妇随机分为干预组和对照组,各68例。对照组给予常规入院健康教育及护理,干预组实施基于二元应对评估的先兆早产孕妇及配偶同步赋能分层教育,比较两组孕妇及配偶的二元应对能力、孕妇产后抑郁发生率及家庭和谐度。结果干预后干预组先兆早产孕妇及配偶二元应对能力及家庭和谐度明显高于干预前(P<0.05),产后抑郁发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施基于二元应对的同步赋能教育可以有效增强妊娠过程中先兆早产孕妇及配偶的二元应对能力,降低产后抑郁率,提高家庭和谐度,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of synchronous empowerment education based on binary coping among pregnant women with threatened prematurity and their spouses.Methods From May 2021 to October 2022,a total of 136 pregnant women with threatened prematurity were randomly divided to intervention group and control group with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine observation and the intervention group was given synchronous empowerment education based on binary coping.The binary coping skills,incidence of maternal postpartum depression,and family harmony were compare between two groups.Results After the intervention,the binary coping skills and family harmony of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal postpartum depression in intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Synchronous empowerment education based on binary coping among pregnant women with threatened prematurity and their spouses can enhance their binary coping skills during the pregnancy process,reduce the incidence of postpartum depression and improve family harmony,which has the value of clinical promotion.
