急性踝关节损伤后康复至关重要,前移康复时间节点、综合康复手段及措施、扩增康复参与人员是积极应对急性踝关节损伤、改善患者预后的新方向。文章基于中西医结合思想及对急性踝关节损伤患者的影响机制,综述了主动康复在急性踝关节损伤领域的研究进展,分析了传统中医疗法与西医康复手段在踝关节损伤康复中的独特作用及其协同效应,并提出凸显患者主动参与的生物协调控制、基于任务导向实施个性化康复训练、推进康复过程智慧化等展望,以期为急性踝关节损伤患者提供更全面、个性化的康复治疗方案。

The rehabilitation is crucial for after acute ankle injury.The moving the rehabilitation timeline forward,comprehensive rehabilitation methods and measures,and expanding the number of rehabilitation participants are new directions for actively responding to acute ankle injury and improving patient prognosis.The article is based on the idea of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the impact mechanism on patients with acute ankle joint injury,it reviews the research progress of active rehabilitation in the field of acute ankle joint injury,analyzes the unique role and synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and Western medicine rehabilitation methods in ankle joint injury rehabilitation.It proposes prospects for active rehabilitation to coordinate biological control,implement personalized rehabilitation based on task orientation,and promote the intelligence of the rehabilitation process,in order to provide more comprehensive and personalized rehabilitation treatment plans for patients with acute ankle injury.
