婚姻调适在不孕女性D型人格与生育生活质量间的中介效应研究

A study of the mediating effect of marital adjustment between type D personality and fertility quality of life in infertile women

目的研究D型人格对不孕女性生育生活质量的影响及婚姻调适的中介作用。方法2021年11月至2022年7月间,采用方便抽样的方法招募不孕女性213例。采用一般资料问卷、生育生活质量量表、D型人格量表、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适测定量表对受试者进行调查。使用SPSS 24.0宏程序PROCESS中的model 4进行中介效应分析。结果213例不孕女性中,111例(52.11%)为D型人格。D型人格不孕女性生育生活质量总分、情感反应、身心关系、婚姻关系、治疗耐受性、治疗环境得分均低于非D型人格不孕女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。D型人格直接负向预测生育生活质量(β=-0.387,P<0.001),婚姻调适在D型人格和生育生活质量之间发挥部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.141,占总效应的26.70%。结论应对D型人格的不孕女性采用二元应对的夫妻共同教育,以改善其婚姻调适和生育生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impact of type D personality on infertile women's fertility quality of life and the mediating role of marital adjustment.Methods Between November 2021 and July 2022,213 infertile women were recruited using convenience sampling.The General Information Questionnaire,Fertility Quality of Life,type D personality scale-14 and Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test were used to investigate the subjects.A total of 216 questionnaires were distributed,216 were recovered,213 were valid,and the validity rate of the questionnaires was 98.6%.The mediation effect analysis was carried out using model 4 in SPSS 24.0 macro program PROCESS.Results Among 213 infertile women,111(52.11%)were type D personality.The total score of fertility quality of life,emotional response,psychosomatic relationship,marital relationship,treatment tolerance,and treatment environment scores of infertile women with type D personality were lower than those of infertile women with non-type D personality,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Type D personality directly and negatively predicted the fertility quality of life(β=-0.387,P<0.001).Marital adjustment partially mediated the relationship between type D personality and the fertility quality of life,with a mediation effect value of 0.141,accounting for 26.70%of the total effect.Conclusion Infertile women with type D personality adopt couple joint education of dyadic coping to improve their marital adjustment and fertility quality of life.
