基于Z-R模型的老年慢性病患者居家护理服务内容指标体系的构建

Construction of the content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients based on Z-R model

目的基于Z-R模型构建老年慢性病患者居家护理服务内容指标体系。方法基于文献回顾和研究小组讨论初步构建指标体系,采用Delphi法对18名专家进行两轮函询。结果两轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.891,专家判断依据为0.956,专家熟悉程度为0.825。专家评价各条目变异系数均<0.25,肯德尔和谐系数为0.281~0.579,各数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终形成老年慢性病患者居家护理服务内容指标体系,包括4个一级指标,13个二级指标,40个三级指标。结论基于Z-R模型构建的老年慢性病患者居家护理服务内容指标体系科学全面,可为规范化实施老年慢性病患者居家护理服务提供借鉴,具有较好的实用性。

Objective To construct the content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients based on Z-R model.Methods Based on the literature review and research group discussion to construct the indicator system initially,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 18 experts.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.891.The basis of expert judgment was 0.956,and the familiarity of experts was 0.825.The coefficient of variation of each item evaluated by experts was<0.25,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.281~0.579.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Finally,the content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients was formed,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusion The content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients based on Z-R model is scientific and comprehensive,which can provide reference for the standardized implementation of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients,and has good practicability.
