Ethical Review of Platform Algorithm and Its Justice Reconstruction

平台算法已然成为技术定义平台经济特征的一种描述。然而在平台算法技术迭代式发展中却潜藏着由其自身原因引发的伦理困境:自主性问题、应用性问题、归责性问题、可解释性问题。面对这些伦理困境,有必要充实平台算法“伦理体系”中因缺少必要的承认探讨而留下的反思缺口。对平台算法的伦理反思意味着为承认而斗争的正义重构:以公平正义引领平台算法设计;确立数据公正原则;以技术与伦理耦合规制算法;以外部监督强化技术监管。

Platform algorithm has become a description of the economic characteristics of the platform de‐fined by technology.In the iterative development of platform algorithm technology,there are some ethical di‐lemmas caused by itself:autonomy,application,accountability and explainability.Faced with the ethical di‐lemmas of platform algorithm,it is necessary to enrich the reflection gap left by the lack of necessary recog‐nition and exploration in the“ethical system”of platform algorithms.The ethical reflection of platform algo‐rithm means the justice reconstruction of the struggle for recognition:to guide the design of platform algo‐rithm with fairness and justice,to establish the principle of data fairness,to couple technology and ethics to regulate algorithms,to strengthen technical supervision with external supervision.
