干式电抗器的建模与故障预警方法研究

摘要 针对干式电抗器易发生匝间短路故障从而导致设备烧毁的问题,提出一种干式电抗器的建模与故障预警方法,该方法通过建立电磁-电路二维分析模型计算包封损耗,采用循环迭代算法进行多物理场模型融合,建立三维流体-温度场有限元模型,并采用改进粒子群优化支持向量机(Particle Swarm Optimization-Support Vector Machine,PSO-SVM)的融合算法对该模型进行降阶。在上述模型建立的基础上,进行多种匝间短路故障模拟实验。仿真计算与现场实测结果表明,该方法的故障预警准确性较高,可用于干式电抗器匝间短路等故障的预警。 Aiming at the problem that dry reactor is prone to occur turn⁃to⁃turn short⁃circuit faults,which leads to equipment burnout,the author proposes modeling and fault warning method for dry reactor,which calculates the encapsulating loss by establishing a two⁃dimensional electromagnetic⁃circuit analytical model,establishes a three⁃dimensional finite⁃element model of fluid⁃temperature field by adopting a loop iteration algorithm for the fusion of multi⁃physical field models.The method also adopts a fusion algorithm of improved Particle Swarm Optimization⁃Support Vector Machine(PSO⁃SVM)to reduce the order of the model.On the basis of the above model,a variety of turn⁃to⁃turn short⁃circuit fault simulation experiments are carried out.The simulation calculation and field measurement results show that this method has high accuracy of fault warning and can be used for the early warning of dry reactor turn⁃to⁃turn short⁃circuit faults.
