抽水蓄能电站大坝强震监测系统改造

摘要 针对内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能发电有限责任公司(以下简称呼蓄电站)大坝强震监测系统设备老化、性能下降、故障率高的问题,对其进行改造:将传感器、采集仪、供电线路、通信线路改造升级,并增加自动采集系统,将上下库的监测数据通过光缆汇集到厂房通信室,由1套强震监测软件实时处理监测数据。该系统可与大坝安全监测系统进行触发联动,能够在震后第一时间完成数据采集,既保证了安全监测数据的时效性,又保证了工作人员的人身安全,可满足大坝安全监测快速反馈和远程管理的要求,提升了管理效率。 In view of the problems of equipment aging,performance decline and high failure rate of the dam strong earthquake monitoring system of Inner Mongolia Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the author carries out the following transformation:The sensor,acquisition instrument,power supply line and communication line are upgraded,and an automatic acquisition system is added.The monitoring data of the upper and lower warehouses are collected to the communication room of the factory through optical cable,and the monitoring data is processed in real time by a set of strong earthquake monitoring software.The system can be triggered and linked with the dam safety monitoring system to complete data collection in the first time after the earthquake,which not only ensures the timeliness of safety monitoring data,but also ensures the personal safety of staff,meets the requirements of fast feedback and remote management of dam safety monitoring,and improves management efficiency.
