摘要
为验证大量元素水溶肥添加新型肥料增效剂的效果,以青梗菜为试材,通过对青梗菜农艺性状和产量的测定,探究大量元素水溶肥中添加聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对青梗菜生长的影响。结果表明,在大量元素水溶肥(20-20-20)中添加γ-PGA、GABA增效物质均能改善青梗菜的农艺性状和提高产量,以添加0.2‰γ-PGA和1‰GABA时促生效果最好,其与仅施大量元素水溶肥(20-20-20)相比,青梗菜SPAD值提高9.60%,叶片数增加13.59%,最大叶面积增加33.43%,单株产量增加15.05%。本研究结果可为后期新型肥料的推广应用提供参考。
In order to verify the effect of adding a new type of fertilizer synergist to macroelement water-soluble fertilizer,pakchoi was used as the test material to investigate the effect of addition of polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA)andγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)to macroelement water-soluble fertilizer on growth of pakchoi by measuring it's agronomic traits and yield.The results showed that adding synergistic substances(γ-PGA and GABA)to macroelement watersoluble fertilizers(20-20-20)could improve the agronomic traits of pakchoi and increase yield,and adding of 0.2‰γ-PGA and 1‰GABA had the best growth promoting effect,compared with only applying macroelement water-soluble fertilizer(20-20-20),the SPAD value of pakchoi increased by 9.60%,the number of leaves increased by 13.59%,the maximum leaf area increased by 33.43%,and the yield per plant increased by 15.05%.The results of this study can provide references for the promotion and application of new fertilizers in the later stage.
