低温胁迫下小兰屿蝴蝶兰叶片转录组分析

摘要 本文以小兰屿蝴蝶兰为试验材料,设置了低温胁迫组(4℃)和对照组(24℃)进行转录组测序,通过采用GO数据库、KEGG数据库比对,分析了差异基因的功能以及调控通路。结果显示:低温胁迫下共获得2865个差异基因,其中有471个为上调基因,有2394个为下调基因。GO富集分析可以将差异基因分为生物过程、细胞组分、分子功能三大类;KEGG通路分析结果得知,差异基因注释到125个不同代谢通路中,其中较多的差异基因富集于代谢过程、次级代谢物的生物合成、核糖体的代谢通路中。 This paper used Phalaenopsis equestris as experimental material,and set up the low temperature stress group(4℃)and the control group(24℃)to conduct transcriptome sequencing.By comparing the GO database and KEGG database,the functions and regulatory pathways of differential genes were analyzed.The results showed that a total of 2865 differential genes were obtained under low temperature stress,among which 471 were upregulated genes and 2394 were downregulated genes.GO enrichment analysis could divide differential genes into three categories(biological process,cellular components and molecular functions).The KEGG pathway analysis results showed that differential genes were annotated into 125 different metabolic pathways,among which more differential genes were enriched in metabolic process,biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and metabolic pathways of ribosomes.
