濮阳县农民合作社现状及高质量发展策略

Status of Farmer Cooperatives in Puyang County and High-quality Development Strategy

农民合作社是大力推进乡村振兴和农业高质量发展的重要载体,当前发展势头良好,但是发展中存在的一些问题限制了其高质量发展。为促进濮阳县农民合作社高质量发展,带动农民持续增收,推进传统农业向高效、集约农业转变,加快现代农业发展步伐,助推乡村振兴,本文对濮阳县农民合作社开展了实地调研,深入剖析了发展现状及在推进高质量发展过程中存在的不足,从认真做好宣传与营造浓厚氛围、做大做强单体农民合作社、促进农民合作社联合与合作、加强组织领导等方面提出了农民合作社高质量发展策略。

Farmer cooperatives are important carriers for vigorously promoting rural revitalization and high-quality agricultural development.The current development momentum is good,but there are some problems in the development that limit their high-quality development.In order to promote the high-quality development of farmer cooperatives in Puyang County,drive continuous income growth of farmers,promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to efficient and intensive agriculture,accelerate the pace of modern agricultural development,and promote rural revitalization,this paper conducted on-site research on farmer cooperatives in Puyang County,deeply analyzed the current development status shortcomings in promoting high-quality development.The high-quality development strategies for farmer cooperatives were proposed from following aspects:carrying out propaganda and creating a strong atmosphere,expanding and strengthening individual farmer cooperatives,promoting cooperation and collaboration among farmer cooperatives,strengthening organizational leadership.
