摘要
研究固硫灰和水玻璃对氯氧镁水泥强度的影响。研究表明,固硫灰的加入对水泥体强度起到促进作用,固硫灰掺量从0%升至5%,水泥体的抗压和抗折强度分别提升了21.4%和47.2%。水玻璃的添加量在2%以内对抗压和抗折起到一定的促进作用,但当掺量高于2%后,水泥体强度有明显下降,影响7 d和28 d强度因素的主次关系为固硫灰>水玻璃,而当水玻璃的掺量高过一定值后,其作用效果强于固硫灰。研究确定了一般墙体工程的强度设计要求,为研究水玻璃和固硫灰复合外加剂改性氯氧镁水泥在实际工程中的应用提供理论依据和数据支持。
The effect of the cementation and alkali excitation of sodium silicate on the strength of magnesium oxychloride cement was studied.The research shows that the addition of sulfur fixation ash promotes the strength of the cement body.In the corresponding single addition test,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the cement body are increased by 21.4%and 47.2%respectively from 0%to 5%of the sulfur fixation ash content.The addition amount of sodium silicate within 2%can promote the compression resistance and folding resistance to a certain extent.However,when the amount of sodium silicate is higher than 2%,the strength of the cement body decreases significantly.The primary and secondary relationship of the factors affecting the 7d and 28d strength is sulfur fixation ash>sodium silicate.When the amount of sodium silicate is higher than a certain value,its effect is stronger than sulfur fixation ash.The research shows that the addition of sulfur fixation ash promotes the strength of the cement body.The study confirms that the strength design requirements of general wall engineering are met,providing theoretical basis and data support for the study of the application of magnesium oxychloride cement modified by water glass and sulfur fixation ash composite additives in practical projects.
