摘要
结合北京市通州区某安置住宅项目,对单层建筑面积在2.5万m2地下室结构施工中采用的跳仓法工艺应用进行了说明,对跳仓法工艺的选择与实施的要点进行总结,对经济效益对比情况进行介绍,从结构安全、沉降情况分析、施工进度对比、施工质量控制要点、经济效益对比等方面,阐述跳仓法工艺在大型住宅类地下车库施工的优越性与可推广性,并提出了跳仓法工艺在今后应用中的注意事项,希望能够为今后的工程施工方法选择提供借鉴。
The process application of bin hopping method in the construction of basement structure with a single-storey building area of 25000 square meters in a resettlement housing project in Tongzhou District of Beijing was described,the key points of the process selection and implementation of bin hopping method were summarized,and the comparison of economic benefits was introduced.From the aspects of structural safety,settlement analysis,construction progress comparison,construction quality control points,economic benefit comparison,etc.,the advantages and extensibility of bin hopping method in the construction of large residential underground garages were expounded,and several application experiences that need attention in the future application of bin hopping method were put forward,hoping to provide reference for the selection of construction methods in the future.
