摘要
南京江北新区研创园芯片之城科创基地项目一期01~09地块钻孔灌注桩施工,根据现场地质特性,设计出一种即可切削钻进,又可将较大卵石收纳清出桩孔的替换反循环常规钻头的新型改良钻头,有效解决了反循环钻机在穿越卵石层钻进及清渣困难、大卵石卡钻等问题,加快了施工进度,提高了施工质量,并产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益,该项技术在厚大卵石地层桩机钻进、清渣施工中具有广泛应用前景。
Construction of bored pile in block 01~09 of the first phase of the Chip City Science and Technology Innovation Base project in Jiangbei New district,Nanjing.According to the geological characteristics of the site,a new improved drill bit replacing the conventional reverse circulation drill can be cut and drilled,and can also contain large pebbles and clear the pile holes is designed.It effectively solves the problems such as the difficulty of drilling through the pebble layer and cleaning the slag,and the sticking of the large pebble,speeds up the construction progress,improves the construction quality,and produces good economic and social benefits.The technology has a wide application prospect in the drilling and cleaning construction of the pile machine in the thick large pebble formation.
