装配式地铁车站预制支撑兼作主体结构横梁施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于对广州地铁11号线某装配式车站工程项目中内支撑施工技术的研究,研究提出了一种装配式地铁车站预制支撑兼作主体结构横梁施工技术,采用开洞预制支撑,减少支撑的自重,取代传统现浇支撑并兼作主体结构横梁。通过预制支撑的应用,减少了模板安拆施工工序,极大地提高了施工效率,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。 Based on the research on the construction technology of internal support in a prefabricated station project of Guangzhou metro line 11,this study puts forward a construction technology of prefabricated support of prefabricated metro station,which is also used as the beam of the main structure.The prefabricated support with holes is adopted to reduce the dead weight of the support,replace the traditional cast-in-situ support and also serve as the beam of the main structure.Through the application of prefabricated support,the construction process of formwork installation and removal is reduced and the construction efficiency is greatly improved,provide reference for similar projects in the future.
