复杂地层综合管廊超长距离叠落下穿既有隧道研究

摘要 随着城市轨道交通工程的不断发展,越来越多的地下隧道在施工过程中面临下穿既有隧道的难题,研究依托深圳市城市轨道交通16号线工程,共建管廊综合井2–接收井1盾构区间在复杂地层条件下,超长距离下穿地铁16号线既有隧道的成功案例,从不同地层掘进参数设置、厚浆的使用、带压开仓及不同地层刀具选型、其他技术辅助措施等方面,综合性地阐述了盾构下穿既有隧道施工技术控制要点,对类似盾构区间下穿工程具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。 With the continuous development of urban rail transit engineering,more and more underground tunnels are facing the problem of crossing existing tunnels during the construction process.This study relies on the successful case of Shenzhen urban rail transit line 16 project's co construction of a pipe gallery comprehensive well,a receiving well,and a shield tunnel section crossing the existing tunnel of metro line 16 for an ultra long distance under complex geological conditions,from the setting of excavation parameters in different strata,the use of thick slurry.This study comprehensively elaborates on the key control points of shield tunneling through existing tunnels in terms of pressurized opening,selection of cutting tools for different strata,and other technical auxiliary measures,which has important reference and reference significance for similar shield tunneling projects.
