旧框架桥拆除时使用的高度可调铰接钢支撑研究

摘要 常见的临时支撑采用圆形钢管制作,其长度通常固定,难以适应实际工程中不同位置的净高故通常存在一定差异。研究提供了一种旧框架桥拆除时使用的铰接钢支撑,包括顶部支座、底部支座与工字钢,其两端为铰接,通过锤击钢楔压入底板与活动板之间的缝隙中,实现钢支撑的高度微调与压紧。所提铰接钢支撑组装与拆卸施工方便,净高在一定范围内可调,适应范围广,可重复使用,综合费用低。并进一步基于工程,给出了铰接钢支撑的参数计算过程,分析了施工方法,为铰接钢支撑工程提供依据。 The common temporary support is made of circular steel pipe,and its length is often fixed,which is difficult to adapt to the difference of net height in different positions in the actual project.This study provides a hinged steel support used in the demolition of an old frame bridge,which comprises a top support,a bottom support and an I-beam.Its two ends are hinged.The steel wedge is pressed into the gap between the bottom plate and the movable plate by hammering,so as to realize the fine adjustment and compression of the height of the steel support.The articulated steel support has the advantages of convenient assembly and disassembly,adjustable net height within a certain range,wide application range,reusable and low comprehensive cost.Furthermore,based on the engineering case,the parameter calculation process of hinged steel support is given,and the construction method is analyzed,which provides a basis for the engineering application of hinged steel support.
