摘要
在肥槽回填施工中,传统素土回填工艺有几个“顽疾”:肥槽作业面狭窄,夯实施工难度大;回填施工中的扬尘问题;雨季期间施工雨水对回填土的工期影响;回填施工后经历雨水“夯实”出现的下沉现象等,施工质量难以控制,且存在极大安全隐患。针对以上情况研制出一种新型回填材料,施工方便,材料本身具有同等强度和极佳的稳定性,无明显收缩,可以避免普通回填土质量不佳而产生的无形成本的增加,综合效益显著。
In the construction of fertilizer tank backfill,the traditional plain soil backfill technology has several"problems":the working surface of fertilizer tank is narrow,and the construction of ramming is difficult;dust problem in backfill construction;the influence of construction rain on the construction period of backfill during rainy season;after the backfill construction,the sinking phenomenon of rainwater"tamping"occurs,and the construction quality is difficult to control,and there are great security risks.A new type of backfill material is developed for the above situation,which is convenient for construction,and the material itself has the same strength and excellent stability,without obvious shrinkage,and can avoid the intangible cost increase caused by the poor quality of ordinary backfill soil,and the comprehensive benefit is significant.
