祛斑冲剂联合调Q1064 nm激光治疗黄褐斑临床研究

Clinical Study on Quban Granules Combined with Q-Switched 1064 nm Laser for Melasma

目的:观察祛斑冲剂联合调Q1064 nm激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取80例黄褐斑患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各40例。观察组给予祛斑冲剂联合调Q1064 nm激光治疗,对照组行单纯调Q1064 nm激光治疗。比较2组治疗前后黄褐斑面积和严重程度指数(mMASI)评分、黄褐斑生活质量评分量表(MelasQOL)评分和中医证候积分,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组mMASI评分、MelasQOL评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组情志抑郁或者急躁易怒、胸胁胀满不适、经前或经期乳胀、月经先后不定期、口苦咽干等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率92.50%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛斑冲剂联合调Q1064 nm激光治疗黄褐斑能够提高临床疗效,减轻患者临床症状,降低mMASI评分、MelasQOL评分,且无不良反应增加。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quban Granules combined with Q-Switched1064(Q1064) nm laser on melasma.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with melasma were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Quban Granules combined with Q1064 nm laser,and the control group was simply treated with Q1064 nm laser.Melasma Area and Severity Index(mMASI) scores,Melasma Quality of Life Scale(MelasQOL) scores and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of mMASI and MelasQOL in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as depression or irritability,fullness,distension and discomfort in the chest and hypochondrium,breast distension before or during menstruation,irregular menstrual cycle,bitter taste in the mouth,and dry throat were all decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group,higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Quban Granules combined with Q1064 nm laser for melasma can improve clinical effect,relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the scores of mMASI and MelasQOL,without increasing adverse reactions.
