阴阳调衡透刺针法治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床研究

Clinical Study on Yin-Yang Balance Penetrating Needling Method for Stroke Complicated with Hemiplegia

目的:观察阴阳调衡透刺针法治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取106例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各53例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予康复训练和通络方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阴阳调衡透刺针法治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组肢体功能、步态参数及神经功能缺损评分。结果:观察组总有效率为92.45%,高于对照组77.36%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、Holden步行功能分级(HFAC)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组FMA、HFAC、BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组步速、步幅、步频均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组步速、步幅、步频均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组临床神经功能缺损评定表(CSS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组CSS、NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴阳调衡透刺针法可改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能,调节步态参数,改善神经功能缺损,有良好的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yin-yang balance penetrating needling method on stroke complicated with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 106 patients with stroke complicated with hemiplegia were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine treatment,the control group was additionally given rehabilitation training and Tongluo prescription for treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with yin-yang balance penetrating needling method based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated,and the limb function,gait parameters and neurological impairment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.45% in the observation group,higher than that of 77.36% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) scale,Holden Functional Ambulation Category(HFAC) scale and Berg Balance Scale(BBS) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pace,stride and leg speed in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and pace,stride and leg speed in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of China Stroke Scale(CSS) and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The yin-yang balance penetrating needling method can improve the limb function of patients with stroke complicated with hemiplegia,regulate the gait parameters and the neurological impairment with a good clinical effect.
