摘要
目的利用基因检测技术指导溴鼠灵中毒患者个体化用药。方法采静脉血2 mL提取核酸,荧光原位杂交(FISH)测定VKORC1(rs99223231)和CYP2C9*3(rs1057910)基因,根据结果为患者提供个体化用药建议。结果患者VKORC1基因型为AA,正常代谢型,CYP2C9*3基因型为AA,溴鼠灵敏感型,用药方案调整后,患者的病情稳定,无不良反应发生。结论基因检测指导患者溴鼠灵中毒时维生素K1个体化给药,可以促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To guide the individualized administration of brodifacoum poisoning by genetic testing.METHODS DNA was extracted from 2 mL venous blood,Fluorescencein situ hybridization analysis was used for the VKORC1(rs9923231) and CYP2C9*3(rs1057910) genotype,and the individual recommendations were provided for the patients according to genotype.RESULTS The VKORC1 genotype of the patient was AA,indicating normal metabolic type,and the CYP2C9*3 genotype was AA,indicating sensitive type of brodifacoum.After the adjusting of the medication plan to the patient genotype,the patient's condition remained stable and no adverse reactions occurred.CONCLUTION Genetic testing can guide the individualized administration of vitamin K1 when patients are poisoned by brodifacoum,which can promote rational drug use.
