移动药师协同管理系统在住院药品调剂中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨移动药师协同管理系统在某院住院药品调剂中的应用效果。方法 通过在住院药房中使用移动药师协同管理系统,医嘱药品调剂工作即调配、核对和发送过程均实现流程信息化控制。结果 所有医嘱药品平均调剂耗时改善前(2021年1~12月)11.2分/张,改善后(2022年1~12月)8.24分/张,P<0.000 1;以药品数为基本单位的平均调剂耗时改善前后分别为0.001 79分/基本单位、0.001 05分/基本单位,P<0.000 1;其中统领单平均调剂处理耗时从9.92分/张下降至8.63分/张,P<0.000 1;临时医嘱平均调剂处理耗时从6.17分/张下降至4.08分/张,P<0.000 1;长期医嘱平均调剂处理耗时从23.3分/张下降为17.6分/张;长嘱外包药平均调剂处理耗时从5.43分/张下降为1.42分/张,均为P<0.000 1;轨道物流小车平均发送辆次从388辆/天上升至482辆/天,P<0.000 1;医嘱平均发送耗时改善前后分别为50.8分/张、49.5分/张,P=0.113.调剂差错从129件降至81件。临床服务满意度从改善前平均95.9%上升至96.3%。药房噪声从91分贝下降至40分贝。打印纸耗材从6.1万元/年减少至1.7万元/年,节约打印纸104万张/年。改善后节约137个工作日耗时,同时节约药师8人,减少了72万元/年的劳务费用支出。结论 移动药师协同管理系统在住院药品调剂的应用,实现无纸化,提高工作质量和效率,节约成本,提升患者服务满意度。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the application effect of mobile pharmacist collaborative management system in the dispensing of inpatient drugs in a hospital.METHODS The processes of dispensing,checking and sending medical orders were informatized using the mobile pharmacist collaborative management system in the inpatient pharmacy.RESULTS The average dispensing time of all doctor-ordered drugs was 11.2 points/piece before improvement(from January to December 2021),and 8.24points/piece after improvement(from January to December 2022),P<0.000 1.The average adjustment time before and after the improvement of the number of drugs was 0.001 79 points/basic unit and 0.001 05 points/basic unit,respectively,and P<0.000 1.Among them,the average treatment time of the leading single decreased from 9.92 points/piece to 8.63 points/piece,and P<0.000 1.The average time taken to transfer temporary medical orders decreased from 6.17 points per piece to 4.08 points/piece,and P<0.000 1.The average treatment time of long-term medical orders decreased from 23.3 points per piece to 17.6 points/sheet.The average time taken to dispense and treat long-term outsourced drugs decreased from 5.43 points/piece to 1.42 points/piece,both of which were P<0.000 1.The average number of rail logistics trolleys sent increased from 388 to 482 per day,P<0.000 1.The average time required for sending medical orders was 50.8 points/piece and 49.5 points/piece,respectively,P=0.113.The number of drug dispensing errors decreased from 129 to 81.Clinical service satisfaction increased from an average of 95.9% before improvement to 96.3%.Pharmacy noise dropped from 91 decibels to 40 decibels.Printing paper consumables were reduced from 61 000 yuan/year to 17 000 yuan/year,saving 1.04 million pieces of printing paper/year.After the improvement,it saved 137 working days of time,saved 8 pharmacists,and reduced labor costs by 720 000 yuan/year.CONCLUSION The application of mobile pharmacist collaborative management system in inpatient drug dispensing realizes paperless,improves work quality and efficiency,saves costs,and enhances patient service satisfaction.
