固元稳胎汤辅助治疗肾虚证先兆流产患者的疗效及对其中医证候积分、超声检查参数的影响

Efficacy of Guyuan Wentai decoction in the adjuvant treatment of threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency syndrome and its influence on TCM syndrome score and ultrasound parameters

目的:探讨固元稳胎汤辅助治疗肾虚证先兆流产患者的临床效果及对其中医证候积分、超声检查参数的影响。方法:选取时间:2021年1月至2022年1月,选取对象:92例本院收治的肾虚证先兆流产患者,将其划分为两组(对照组、观察组),每组均包括46例患者,将随机数字表法作为主要的分组依据。将黄体酮应用于对照组进行治疗,在其基础上,观察组另外联合固元稳胎汤进行治疗,两组的治疗周期均为14d。对比观察组与对照组患者治疗后的临床效果;对比治疗前、后的中医证候积分、超声检查参数、血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)和β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、泌乳素(PRL)水平变化情况及治疗后的母婴结局。结果:治疗后较对照组,观察组患者的临床总有效率、足月分娩率处于较高水平,自然流产率处于较低水平;治疗后,两组患者阴道出血、腰酸背痛、神疲肢倦、头晕耳鸣评分、搏动系数(PI)、阻力系数(RI)水平与治疗前比,均呈现降低趋势,其中与对照组相比,观察组处于较低水平;治疗后,两组患者子宫动脉收缩期峰值血流(PSV)、血清E_(2)、P、β-HCG、PRL水平均呈现升高趋势,其中较对照组比,观察组更高,经计算,P<0.05,提示其数据有显著的统计学差异。结论:固元稳胎汤辅助治疗肾虚证先兆流产患者可有效改善其中医证候及子宫血流动力学,调节各项性激素水平,且可改善母婴结局,应用效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Guyuan Wentai decoction in the adjuvant treatment of threatened abor-tion patients with kidney deficiency syndrome and its influence on the TCM syndrome score and ultrasound parameters.Meth-ods:Selection time:From January 2021 to January 2022,subjects:92 cases of threatened abortion patients with kidney defi-ciency syndrome admitted to our hospital.They were divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group),with 46 patients in each group.The random number table method was used as the main grouping basis.Progesterone was used in the control group for treatment,on the basis of which,the observation group was also combined with Guyuan Wentai decoc-tion for treatment.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 14 days.The clinical effect after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,ultrasound parameters,serum estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),prolactin(PRL)levels before and after treatment,maternal and infant outcomes after treatment were compared and analyzed between the the observation group and control group.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate and full-term delivery rate of the observation group were at a higher level,and the spontaneous abortion rate was at a lower level.After treatment,the vaginal bleeding,back pain,fatigue,dizziness,tinnitus score,pulse coefficient(PI),resistance co-efficient(RI)in the two groups showed a trend of decrease compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was at a lower level than the control group.After treatment,the levels of peak systolic velocity(PSV),serum E_(2),P,β-HCG,PRL in the two groups showed an increasing trend,and the observation group was at a higher level than the control group,Af-ter calculation,P<o.05,indicating a significant statistical difference.Conclusion:Guyuan Wentai decoction in the adjuvant treatment of threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency syndrome can effectively improve their TCM syndrome and u-terine hemodynamics,regulate the levels of sex hormones,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and the application effect is significant,
