摘要
近年来由于社会发展迅速,女性在社会中压力逐渐增大。随着年龄增长,女性围绝经期出现诸多症状影响生活,围绝经期失眠更是高发的疾病之一,对患者日常工作生活产生影响。如何降低围绝经期失眠对患者工作生活的影响成为了现在需要面对的问题。从中医病因病机、中药治疗、针药联合治法及其他方法等方面对近年来对女性围绝经期失眠的治疗进行研究,为拓宽临床诊疗提供新思路。
In recent years,due to the rapid development of the society,the female pressure in the society has gradually increased.With the growth of age,many symptoms of female perimenopause will affect their life,and perimenopausal insomnia is one of the diseases with high incidence,which has an impact on the daily work and life of patients.How to reduce the impact of perimenopausal insomnia on patients' work and life has become a problem to face now.This paper studied the treatment of female perimenopausal insomnia in recent years from the aspects of TCM etiology and pathogenesis,TCM treatment,acupuncture and medicine combined treatment and other methods,and provided new ideas for broadening the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
