半夏泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎研究进展

Research Progress of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤) in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

半夏泻心汤首次载于《伤寒论》,由半夏、人参、甘草、大枣、干姜、黄连及黄芩组成。近年来,临床研究发现半夏泻心汤对溃疡性结肠炎有很好的治疗作用,可改善患者结肠黏膜功能,提高患者生活质量,降低西药不良反应及提高西药的疗效。基础研究也表明,该方可调节肠道菌群和胃肠激素,减轻结肠黏膜的炎性反应。因此,文章就半夏泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎进行综述。

Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤) was first recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,composed of Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Dazao(Jujubae Fructus),Ganjiang(),Huanglian(Zingiberis Rhizoma) and Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix).In recent years,clinical studies have found that Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis,improve the colon mucosal function and the quality of life,reduce western medicine adverse reactions and improve the efficacy of western medicine.Basic studies also show that Banxia Xiexin Decoction can regulate the intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone and reduce the inflammatory response of colon mucosa.Therefore,this paper reviewed Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
