迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在中医儿科临床带教中的应用效果

Analysis on Application of Mini-CEX in Clinical Teaching of Chinese Medicine Pediatrics

目的 分析迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在中医儿科临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年5月—2020年5月医院中医儿科实习医学生30例,按随机数字表法分为研究组15例和对照组15例,对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组采用Mini-CEX教学方法。对比两组中医临床综合能力、临床教学认可情况、压力指数和职场正念评分以及职业满意度评分变化。结果 干预后,研究组临床判断、沟通技巧评分较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组提高学习积极性,提高学习效率,提高自主学习能力、提高发现问题能力、提高解决问题能力与对照组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组压力指数较对照组低、职场正念评分较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后,研究组职业满意度评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX教学方法可以提高实习医学生的中医临床综合能力,减轻实习医学生对临床工作的压力,提高其职场正念和职业满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of mini clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX) in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics.Methods Thirty cases of pediatric medical students in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into study group(15 cases) and control group(15 cases).The control group used traditional methods,and the Mini-CEX teaching methods were used in the study group.The changes of clinical comprehensive ability of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical teaching recognition,stress index,workplace mindfulness score and career satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the clinical judgment and communication skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,there was no significant difference in self-learning ability,problem finding ability and problem solving ability of the study group(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with those of the control group,the stress index in the study group was lower,and the workplace mindfulness score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the career satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX teaching method can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of medical students to relieve the pressure of intern students on clinical work and improve their workplace mindfulness and career satisfaction.
