摘要
本研究首先构建了一个多维度的大学治理研究框架,将社会、政府和市场视为主要外部因素,并同时考虑了大学层面和学院/系层面的学术和行政系统。其次,通过相关案例总结了五种大学治理模式(A型至E型),深入描述了各模式的基本特征及其产生和变化的背景。第三,通过国际比较揭示了全球大学治理的趋同化特征,诸如政府干预增强、院校自主性提升,大学领导角色和治理结构发生显著变化等。最后,对今后学术研究、政策制定以及院校实践提出了多方面的启示。
This study first constructs a multidimensional framework for university governance, considering society, government, and the market as primary external factors, while simultaneously examining academic and administrative systems at the university and department levels. Subsequently, it summarizes five university governance models(A to E) through relevant case studies, providing in-depth descriptions of each model's fundamental characteristics and the background of their emergence and changes. Thirdly, through international comparisons, it reveals the converging features of global university governance, highlighting increased government intervention, enhanced institutional autonomy, and significant changes in university leadership roles and governance structures. Finally, the study offers various insights for future academic research, policy formulation, and institutional practices.
