基于钢筋实际应力状态的基础不均匀沉降地下车库加固方法

摘要 某地下车库在降水作业时,将勘探孔改为降水井,引发突涌现象,导致基础底部脱空,筏板产生不均匀沉降,上部结构开裂严重。通过ABAQUS建立地下车库的实体模型,模拟承重结构的变形和损伤,探明地基不均匀沉降对承重结构的影响。结合现场实测结果、数值模拟结果及《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)推荐公式,获取承重构件受力钢筋的实际应力状态,为结构加固设计提供依据。最后,采取加大截面、粘贴碳纤维布等方法对该车库承重构件进行了加固处理,加固方法可为类似工程提供借鉴。 The confined water inrushing was triggered by the conversion of an exploration hole into a precipitation well during a precipitation operation,which leads to cavity beneath the foundation slab and causes the uneven settlement of the raft board.Consequently,the superstructure of the underground garage seriously cracked.A solid model of the garage was established by ABAQUS to simulate the deformation and damage of the structural member and to investigate the effect of uneven settlement of the foundation on the bearing structure.Combined with the field measurement results,numerical simulation results and formulas recommended in code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010-2010),the actual stress state of reinforcing bars in structural elements was obtained,so as to provide a basis for the strengthening design of the garage.Finally,the methods of enlarging the section and sticking carbon fiber cloth were adopted to strengthen the structural members of the garage,and can provide a reference for similar projects.
