本文以2023年上海城市空间艺术季黄浦展区的策划和实践为例,探讨活动如何通过公众参与的方式培养公众“生态环保”的公共意识,如何通过艺术的方式塑造“韧性社区”,引领公共生活方式,探索政府、设计师、公众三方的协作机制如何更好地发挥作用,促进公众参与,塑造城市人文精神和打造创意城市。

Taking the planning and practice of the Huangpu Exhibition Area of the 2023 Shanghai Urban Space Art Season as an example,this paper explores how the event can cultivate public awareness of"ecological and environmental protection"through public participation,how art functions to shape"resilient communities"and lead public lifestyles,and how the collaboration mechanism between thegovernment,designers and the public can play a better role in promoting public participation,shaping the city's humanistic spirit and building an innovative city.
