妈祖文化推动社区文化建设实践研究——以莆田地区K社区社会工作为例

Practical Research on Mazu Culture Promoting Community Culture Construction——Take the social work of K community in Putian as an example

通过分析当前社区文化建设现状,借由妈祖文化与社会工作价值理念的相通点,指出利用莆田地区群众基础广泛的妈祖文化作为推动社区文化建设的媒介,具有一定现实意义。以K社区文化建设为例,通过查阅文献和居民调查,充分利用社区资源,以妈祖文化为主题开展一系列社区活动,丰富社区文化建设成果,增加居民的认同感和归属感,提升居民自主参与社区建设的积极性。

By analyzing the current situation of community culture construction,and taking advantage of the similarities between Mazu culture and social work values,the mass base of Mazu culture in Putian area is widely used as an intervention to promote community culture construction.Taking the cultural construction of K community as an example,this paper made full use of community resources by consulting literature and residents'surveys,and carried out a series of community activities with Mazu culture as the topic,which enriched the achievements of community cultural construction,increased the residents'sense of identity and belonging,and enhanced the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community construction independently.
