从壮医龙路探讨高血压防治

Exploring the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension from the Perspective of Zhuangyi Long Road

高血压是常见的心血管疾病之一,目前尚不能根治,极易并发多器官损害。长期服用降压药物,也会影响患者身心健康,探索有效防治高血压措施及方法已成为医学需要解决的难题。作者基于壮医对于龙路的认识,通过梳理相关文献,对于龙路与火路、与三道之间的关系进行分析,及其在高血压发病中的机制进行梳理,同时关注壮医病因学说,进而总结出壮医对高血压(壮医为血压嗓)“毒虚→堵→乱”病机,防治以“解毒补虚”为先,以“疏堵平乱”通调龙路为要,用药以灵活解“毒”为主,首选“龙路药”的特点,最终将其运用于临床实践,以证其法,期冀对于民族医药临床防治高血压有所裨益。

Hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases,which can not be cured completely at present.Long-term use of antihypertensive drugs will also affect the physical and mental health of patients,to explore effective prevention and treatment of hypertension measures and methods have become a medical problem to be solved.Based on Zhuang doctors'understanding of Longlu,the author analyzed the relationship between Longlu,Huolu and Sandao by combing the related literatures,and the mechanism of the relationship between Longlu and Huolu and Sandao in the pathogenesis of hypertension,at the same time,we pay attention to the etiological theory of Zhuang medicine,and then sum up the pathogenesis of“Toxin deficiency→blockage→disorder”of Zhuang medicine to hypertension(Zhuang medicine is blood pressure throat),taking“Dispersing blockage and smoothing disorder”as the key point,taking“Detoxification”as the main method of medication,and choosing“Longlu medicine”as the first characteristic,finally applying it to clinical practice to prove its method,hope for the National Medicine Clinical Prevention and treatment of hypertension benefit.
