中医内治法治疗特应性皮炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Atopic Dermatitis Treated by Internal Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

特应性皮炎(AD)作为一种慢性顽固性皮肤疾病,其剧烈瘙痒及反复发作的特点对患者的身心健康造成了严重的影响。中医内治法在特应性皮炎的治疗上发挥着重要作用,文章通过回顾近7年中医内治法治疗特应性皮炎的相关文献,从脏腑、外邪、气血津液、六经、三焦、卫气营血等方面对特应性皮炎的中医论治方法进行总结,发现当前中医内治法对该病辨证论治方法多样,临床疗效确切,可为该病的治疗提供一定参考。

Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a kind of chronic intractable skin disease,its intense itching and recurrent features on the patient's physical and mental health have a serious influence.Internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in the treatment of AD,this paper through a review of nearly seven years of TCM internal treatment of AD-related literature,summarizes the TCM syndrome differentiation of AD from the zang-fu organs,Qi-blood-body fluid,six meridians,triple energizer,defense-Qi-nutrient-blood,found that the TCM,characterized by diverse therapeutic methods and good clinical efficacy,and can provide certain reference for the treatment of the disease.
