巧用升降散治疗杂病验案举隅

Examples of Experience in Treating Miscellaneous Diseases with Skilled Use of Shengjiang Powder

升降散出自《伤寒瘟疫条辨》,具有升清降浊、散风清热之功,善治外感疫病。逐本溯源,升降散遣方用药遵从《内经》“火郁发之”的理论,古今医家在临床运用中谨守病机,灵活化裁,不仅用其治疗外感疫病,聂皎副教授在临床中灵活运用升降散,多能获得较好的疗效,现举聂皎副教授临床运用升降散同病异治验案3则,与同道分享。

The shengjiang powder is derived from the“Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Plague”and has the functions of ascending and descending turbidity,dispersing wind and clearing heat,and is good at treating external infectious diseases.Tracing back to the source one by one,the use of shengjiang powder follows the theory of“stagnation of fire”in the“Neijing”.In clinical practice,ancient and modern doctors have adhered to the pathogenesis and flexibly adjusted their methods.They not only use it to treat external infectious diseases,but also widely apply it to the treatment of various miscellaneous diseases caused by abnormal Qi-movement.My supervisor flexibly uses Shengjiang Powder in clinicalpractice,which can often achieve good therapeutic effects.Here are three examples of my supervisor's clinical use of Shengjiang Powder,to share with colleagues.
