Enterprise trademarks,leather process parameters and the appearance of leather products in the leather industry are of economic value.Intellectual property protection can provide support for the healthy and stable develop⁃ment of the leather industry,guarantee the industrial innovation achievements,stimulate the innovation motivation of enterprises,and help enterprises to remain invincible in international competition.This paper started with the protec⁃tion of intellectual property rights,analyzed the current situation of the protection of intellectual property rights in the leather industry,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the protection of intellectual property rights in the leather industry.It is beneficial for the leather industry to attach importance to the protection of intellectual prop⁃erty rights and improve the enterprise's ability to resist intellectual property disputes.
