法治视域下皮革行业规范化发展研究

Standardized Development of Leather Industry under the Rule of Law

基于法治环境,皮革行业需要构建法律风险防控机制,以应对多元化风险,这既是市场经济客观要求及自身发展的现实需求,也是依法治国的迫切需要。本文对皮革行业常见的法律风险进行了分析,从法治视域下探讨了皮革行业规范化发展问题,以期能够为皮革企业的长远可持续发展提供借鉴。

Based on the rule of law environment,the leather industry needs to establish a legal risk prevention and control mechanism to cope with diversified risks.This is not only an objective requirement of the market economy and the practical needs of its own development,but also an urgent need for governing the country according to law.This article analyzed the common legal risks in the leather industry and explored standardization development of the leather industry under the rule of law,in order to provide reference for the long-term sustainable development of leather en⁃terprises.
