数据驱动的鞋楦设计现状及发展综述

摘要 鞋楦是制鞋成型过程中的模具,是链接足与鞋的重要纽带,传统的鞋楦设计囿于楦师手工和经验,难以实现高效准确的大规模个性化定制。鉴于此,本文结合数字智能化技术的发展,对比国内外鞋楦设计的研究现状,明确当今鞋楦设计的趋势和我国在该领域面临的挑战;提出了数据驱动的鞋楦设计内涵、优势及新特点;介绍了数据驱动的足-楦一体式设计流程,为鞋楦领域研究人员提供参考与借鉴。 Shoe last is a mold in the process of shoe making and forming,and an important link between feet and shoes.Traditional shoe last design is limited by the manual work and experience of last makers,and it is difficult to a⁃chieve efficient and accurate large-scale personalized customization.In view of this,with the development of digital intelligent technology,the research status of shoe last design at home and abroad was compared,and the current trend of shoe last design and the challenges faced by China in this field was clarified.The connotation,advantages and new features of data driven shoe last design were proposed.The data-driven foot last integrated design process was intro⁃duced to provide reference for researchers in the field of shoe last.
