术前访视对手术病人干预效果研究

The Intervene Effect of Patient Visit Before Operation

目的 探讨术前访视对手术病人的干预效果。方法 将 10 3例病人随机分为观察组 (接受术前访视 )和对照组 (未接受术前访视 )。并测定其术前焦虑、心率、收缩压、舒张压、疼痛指标。结果 观察组手术前焦虑及血压波动和Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛病人显著低于对照组。结论 术前访视能有效缓解术前焦虑 ,提高疼痛阈值 ,减少血压、心率波动 。

Objective To probe the intervene effect of patient visit before operation. Methods 103 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The indexes anxiety, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and ache degree were detected. Results In observation group, the number of patients with anxiety, fluctuating blood pressure and Ⅰ,Ⅲ degree ache decreased. Conclusions Patients visit before operation can remit anxiety, raise ache threshold, decrease blood pressure and heart rate fluctuating, and accelerate the postoperative recovery.
