基于雨课堂的翻转课堂在医学统计学教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基于雨课堂的翻转课堂教学模式在医学统计学教学中的应用效果。方法:收集临床医学本科学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,采用t检验比较两组的考核成绩。结果:两组学生的成绩差异有统计学意义,且试验组学生的平时成绩和卷面成绩都比对照组学生的成绩高,大部分学生认为基于雨课堂的翻转教学模式能提高学习兴趣、主动性和课堂参与度。结论:基于雨课堂的翻转课堂教学模式在教学中能提高学生成绩,提升学习效果。 Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the flipped classroom teaching model based on rain classroom in medical statistics teaching.Methods:Clinical medical undergraduate students were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The exam scores of the two groups were compared using t-tests.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the scores between the two groups,and the students in the experimental group had higher scores in both regular and final exams.Most students believed that the rain classroom teaching model could improve their interest,initiative,and participation in learning.Conclusion:The flipped classroom teaching model based on rain classroom can improve the performance of students in medical statistics teaching and enhance learning effectiveness.
