摘要
目的:在“双一流”建设背景下,分析某地方医学院校临床医学专业本科课程设置现状并提出建议。方法:对即将本科毕业的临床医学生进行问卷调查和临床教师进行访谈。结果:问卷调查显示学生对自然科学和人文社会科学课程满意度低。教师访谈反馈基础知识与临床知识脱节、课程内容交叉重叠、教学方法单一、考核片面等。结论:地方医学院校应加强网络教学平台建设,改革教学方法,优化课程内容与体系,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性。
Under the background of"Double First-Class"construction,this study analyzes the current status of the undergraduate clinical medicine curriculum in a local medical college and proposes suggestions.Methods include surveying graduating clinical medicine students and interviewing clinical teachers.Results indicate low satisfaction among students for natural science and humanities courses,with a desire for enriched teaching resources,diverse assessment methods,heuristic teaching,and timely feedback.Teacher interviews reveal a disconnection between basic knowledge and clinical knowledge,overlapping course content,single teaching methods,and one-sided assessments.The conclusion suggests local medical colleges utilize online teaching platforms,reform teaching methods,optimize course content and systems,and stimulate students'initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
