基于回溯性调查的医学院信息专业人才培养模式的探索

Exploration of Talent Training Mode in Medical Informatics Major Based on Retrospective Investigation

时代变迁,技术快速更迭,社会需求也在不断更新,人才培养需要根据实时需求及时修订,而人才的培养关键还在于“人才”本身。因此,从学生角度出发,特别是毕业生,对其展开问卷调查,获取其在进入工作岗位后对所学专业人才培养的一些意见和建议,并对结果进行分析总结,以提取有助于修订人才培养方案的关键信息。

With the changing times and rapid technological advancements,social demands are continuously evolving.Talent training needs to be revised in a timely manner based on real⁃time requirements,and the key to talent cultivation lies in the talents themselves.Therefore,starting from the perspective of students,especially graduates,this study conducted a questionnaire survey to gather suggestions and opinions on talent training in their field after entering the workforce.The results were analyzed and summarized to extract key information that would contribute to the revision of talent training programs.
