教育信息化改革不仅推动着教学方式的形态转变,也引导着教学督导的模式更新。虽然目前的教学督导模式已呈现出交互性、整体性、动态性等特点,但在智慧性方面仍有很大不足。基于此,提出了“人工+智能”教学督导的新模式,在分析其优势的基础上,进行了构建教学督导智能平台的路径探索。该平台首先以定时、定向反馈信息流有效缩短了督导流程周期,其次依托多模态数据协同推理的机器学习模型探索了以人工督导为主、机器督导为辅的智能化教学督导。新模式充分体现了“医工融合”,为高等医学教育教学督导的发展拓展了新渠道。

Educational informatization reform not only transforms teaching methods but also guides the update of teaching supervision models.The paper proposes a new model of“Human+Artificial Intelligence”teaching supervision,analyzing its advantages and exploring the construction of an intelligent teaching supervision platform.The platform effectively shortens the supervision process and combines human supervision with machine supervision based on multimodal data collaborative reasoning,contributing to the development of higher⁃level medical education and high⁃quality medical talent training.
