摘要
目的:比较卫生管理心理学线上与线下的教学质量、教学评价与学员体验。方法:对某军医大学公共(卫生)事业管理四年制17级和18级学员进行问卷调查。结果:线上与线下教学的考试成绩、教学满意度评价无显著差异。而线上教学时学员的学习压力和负担较大。结论:线上与线下教学质量基本实质等效,但线上教学方法仍需进一步改进。
The study compares the quality of online and offline teaching in“Health Management Psychology”,revealing no significant differences in exam scores and teaching satisfaction.However,online learning imposes greater learning pressure on students.The conclusion suggests that while the quality of online and offline teaching is essentially equivalent,improvements can still be made to online teaching methods.
