摘要
目的:探究基于OSCE的及时反馈教学在医学本科生外科临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法:选取在武汉大学人民医院胃肠外1科实习的57名本科生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,记录两组本科生初次技能考核和出科技能考核成绩。对比两种教学方式的效果及学生满意度。结果:两组本科生出科技能考核成绩均高于初次考核(P<0.05),试验组的出科技能考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于OSCE的及时反馈教学有利于提升医学本科生的临床技能教学效果,而且具有较高的学生满意度,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective:To explore the teaching effectiveness of immediate feedback teaching based on OSCE in surgical skill training of medical undergraduates.Methods:A total of 57 undergraduate interns,who interned in Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery I Section,Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were randomly divided into control group and test group.Two groups of undergraduate skill examination were scored.After the internship,the undergraduates were assessed for the same skills.Comparing the effectiveness of two teaching methods and student satisfaction.Results:The final examination scores of the two groups were significantly higher than the first examination scores(P<0.05),the final examination scores of the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the teaching of surgical clinical skills,immediate feedback teaching based on OSCE not only benefits to improve the teaching effect of medical undergraduates,but also has a high degree of student satisfaction,which is worthy of spreading and learning.
