混合教学方法联合同伴互助学习在临床操作技能规范化培训中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨混合教学方法联合同伴互助学习在临床操作技能规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取本院84名住培医师作为研究对象,随机抽签分成试验组和对照组,每组各42人。对照组接受传统教学方法,试验组接受混合教学方法联合同伴互助学习,比较两组教学成绩及教学反馈。结果:试验组理论考试、技能操作考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组对教学方法的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合教学方法联合同伴互助学习是一种可行、有效的教学方法,取得较好教学效果,适合在住院医师规范化培训中推广。 Objective:To explore the application effects of a blended teaching method combined with peer⁃assisted learning in the standardized training of clinical operational skills.Methods:A total of 84 residents in our hospital were selected.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received a blended teaching method combined with peer⁃assisted learning.The teaching performance and feedback of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group achieved higher scores in theoretical and practical skill assessments than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group had higher teaching evaluation scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blended teaching method combined with peer⁃assisted learning is a feasible and effective teaching approach that yields good teaching results.It is suitable for promotion in standardized training for residents.
