“互联网+政府服务”对地方政务营商环境优化研究--以X市为例

Study on the Optimization of Local Government Business Environment by“Internet+Government Service”——Taking X City as an Example

当前,随着数智化技术的发展与应用,利用大数据互联网技术推动政务服务改善,进而优化政务营商环境已经成为趋势。本文聚焦于陕西省X市“互联网+政务服务”改革优化政务营商环境的实践,通过分析发现,陕西省X市企业办事便利程度和政务服务透明度不断优化,但政务营商环境仍需进一步改善,主要表现在多部门联合监管效果不好、政企沟通渠道不完善等方面。当前,中国式现代化政务服务应秉持服务型政府理念,加强部门间沟通协作、拓宽政企沟通渠道、完善数据资源共享机制,最终实现政务营商环境持续优化和良性发展。

At present,with the development and application of digital intellectualization technology,the use of big data Internet technology to promote the improvement of government services,and then optimize the government business environment has become an essential trend at present.This paper focuses on the practice of“Internet+government service”reform to optimize the government business environment in X City,Shaanxi Province.Through analysis,it is found that the degree of convenience for enterprises and the transparency of government services in X City,Shaanxi Province,are constantly optimized,but the government business en-vironment still needs to be further improved,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects:the effect of multi-departmental joint supervision is not good,and the government-enterprise communication channels are not perfect.channels are not perfect,etc.At present,Chinese modernized government services should up-hold the concept of service-oriented government,strengthen interdepartmental communication and collabora-tion,broaden the communication channels between government and enterprises,and improve the data resource sharing mechanism,so as to ultimately achieve the continuous optimization and benign development of the business environment in government affairs.
